Quit
List
- My
intention is to become smoke free for all time.
- I
want to be able to breathe deep and clear. No more hacking, hocking
and spitting for me. I’ve had enough.
- I
want to smell me and have those around me smell only me. Sweat and
all if that’s the way it is.
- I
want to run with my grandsons. I want to play ball, fly kites, *be*
together with them in health.
- I
don’t want to HAVE TO go smoke anymore when everyone else is inside
and having fun. I’ve missed so much over the years. With this reason
also comes shame and disappointment. Well, I won’t have to do that
anymore.
- I
want to watch my kids become grandparents and there’s so much LIFE
to be lived in the meantime. Smoking was taking away that choice
for me. Well, I take that choice back.
- I
want to reclaim my body. I want freedom from the addiction.
