You all are invited to a party hosted by Selma, Mark, Map, Harry, Franz and Frank, our trusty advisor and me, Pat. Put on your party hats and dancing shoes and help us celebrate one month smobriety.

CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? Well, I can. We are a determine lot, you know.

We have come through so much to get here. For my part, I am blessed by this wonderful group of quit partners. I owe them much for listening to all the tears and the affects of the roller coaster ride. For the rest of you out there in the newsgroup, and I include all of you, thanks to you too. I know that this is what this newsgroup is about, support and helping one another learn to live without nicotine, but I couldn't have of imagined finding the QUALITY of people that I have found here. I especially thank my brother, QFF. Thank you for holding the space. You are courageous indeed. I honor you for that. Thanks.

Now, let's boogie. it's been one month and I'm a ready to dance the night away! Tony, did you bring the malt? Dee and CJ, I'm hoping you'll spin the tunes for us. You are so wonderful at knowing just the right music. Evil Phil, I expect you'll be grousing over in the corner, scaring all the ladies off, eh? Stewart, step up and grab a partner.... if I am hearing right, I think that's ol' Hank Sr. first up on the turntable. Jo, welcome! I'm really glad you're here. Mel, Heather, Karolyn, Patty, Roadkill, Tim, Connie, oh my gosh, you've all come! Yippee! Come on in. We're having a party.

For those of you behind us, hey, whatever it took to get here was acceptable and proves it is doable. Hang tough with attitude. For those of you ahead of us, thanks for the image of what we will greet when we get to where you are. The picture of how to remain smoke-free is invaluable.

Boogie down, hear that fast clipping beat.....I can feel it as I whip out onto the dance floor, feeling like I am reborn, I can breathe, I have energy, I am feeling so good about myself for having had the courage to get this far, I smell good and there ain't no stopping this succulent wild woman from hitting that hot tub not all that far down the road. Hey, I already got one month under my belt. Thanks for travelling the road with me. I appreciate it.
